AGNES NABULIME
Founder and Executive Mission Director
Agnes Nabulime is the Founder and Executive Mission Director of Anchor Love Mission Uganda. With nearly two decades of faithful leadership and service, she established the foundation upon which the mission continues to grow today. Agnes provides primary vision, direction, and oversight for all mission initiatives, leading programs that support vulnerable children and families with stability, opportunity, and spiritual guidance.
Deeply rooted in her community and driven by firsthand understanding of its needs, Agnes leads with compassion, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to lasting transformation.
• Provides executive leadership and direction for all Anchor Love Mission initiatives
• Oversees daily mission home operations and residential care for children
• Leads education sponsorship, vocational training, discipleship, evangelism, and outreach programs
• Travels to and directs village outreach initiatives across vulnerable communities
• Provides hands on leadership, personally supporting children and families served by the mission
• Oversees staff coordination, program implementation, and community partnerships
• Guides spiritual development and pastoral care efforts
• Supports holistic care initiatives addressing physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs
• Engages in fundraising and resource coordination to sustain mission programs
• Maintains a constant presence, living within the mission community and providing daily leadership


Agnes and her husband, Peter, are the parents of four children. Their family life reflects the heart of the mission: nurturing leadership rooted in faith, service, and community.
Under Agnes’ leadership, Anchor Love Mission Uganda continues to expand its impact, empowering children, strengthening families, and building sustainable pathways for long term community transformation.


At Anchor Love Mission we aim to make a positive difference empowering the lives of as many women, children, and people in need that we can. We may not have the ability to help everyone in the world, but we do have the ability to help as many people in this world, as we can, wherever we can, and whenever we can.
