Christian Perry is deeply entrenched in Greenwich and the local real estate marketplace in both Connecticut and New York. Christian holds a master’s degree from the New York Institute of Technology and is a licensed Realtor. He is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, Greenwich Association of Realtors, Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, and SmartMLS. He is also a successful residential builder and developer of 15 years, which provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the use of space and requirements that assist in making a home suitable for his clients.

In 2020, Christian designed, built, and sold a $5.147 million property in Greenwich. He also bought and sold land in the Calhoun Association making it the highest land sale in 2020 for 1-acre in the Calhoun Association, at just a little over $2 million.
