About the Speaker:

Joyce is a banking professional with over 40 years of experience in Operations and Compliance. She has worked for banks of all sizes and across all products. She has been working with startups since joining Bancorp Bank in 2005 as their COO where her team supported Operations, Compliance, Customer Service, Wire/ACH processing and Fintech oversight for audit purposes. She was also a member of the Bank's Risk Oversight Committee. Joyce formed her own consulting company, iLEX Consulting Group, in 2011 and has worked with over 50 programs and 12 banks helping them launch programs and build out the oversight needed. Joyce also mentors as part of RevTech and Nashville EC.
