About the Speaker:

Sebastian Builes is the Co-founder & CEO of Arcum, the leading merchant retention platform for the payments industry. By leveraging AI, Arcum is able to identify with over 90% accuracy what merchants are at risk of churning and why so proactive retention strategies can be developed. Prior to founding Arcum, Sebastian was part of the finance team at EVO Payments where he oversaw portfolio analytics for over 500k merchants worldwide. Before EVO, Sebastian worked with some of the largest publications in the country, to help them reduce subscriber churn. Sebastian holds a bachelor’s degree in political science & economics and a master’s degree in applied economics from Florida State University.
